Responsibilities:
Support community-based ECD initiatives through field visits, activity coordination, and stakeholder engagement
Assist in mobilizing parents, caregivers, and local leaders to participate in EYC programs
Help collect, organize, and report data for program monitoring and evaluation
Contribute to the development of child-friendly resources and caregiver tools
Support communication efforts, including drafting stories, documenting lessons learned, and preparing visuals for reports or social media
Participate in planning meetings and trainings, contributing ideas and assisting with logistics
Represent EYC in community spaces with professionalism, warmth, and cultural sensitivity.
Qualifications:
Passion for early childhood development, community empowerment, and social change
A diploma or bachelor’s degree (or current enrollment) in Early Childhood Education, Social Work, Development Studies, Psychology, or a related field
Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working in diverse cultural settings and rural communities
Integrity, humility, and a collaborative spirit
Basic digital literacy (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) is an advantage
