Early Years Count Programs
Kevin is a dedicated development professional with over 18 years of experience designing and implementing high-impact early childhood development (ECD) programs across Uganda. As Program Manager at Early Years Count (EYC), he leads the strategic planning, implementation, and monitoring of EYC’s core initiatives to ensure every Ugandan child gets the best start in life.
With a strong track record in ECD innovation, community engagement, and results-based programming, Daniel plays a key role in advancing EYC’s mission. He collaborates closely with government bodies, civil society, and local communities to:
Oversee EYC’s flagship programs including Early Learning & School Readiness, Thrive and Survive, and Community Mobilization
Lead a team of 8 professionals delivering evidence-based ECD interventions in underserved areas
Design parent education and caregiver training programs to bridge service delivery gaps
Strengthen partnerships with MOES, MOH, and other stakeholders to scale ECD impact
Apply data-driven approaches to monitor outcomes and drive continuous improvement
